Biscuits Cafe is opening its third Valley location on University Drive, a quarter-mile west of Mill, in Tempe this fall.
The Oregon-based chain of cafes is taking over the 2,876-square-foot space previously occupied by Baja Fresh, according to the Phoenix Business Journall
Biscuits Cafe specializes in omelets, homemade biscuits and gravy, soups, salads, and burgers.
It has a location at Dobson and Warner in Chandler and another in Glendale.
