Earlier this week, I told you Flanny’s would be tapping a pair of special kegs for Sunday’s return of “Breaking Bad.” The beers – dubbed Heisenberg Dark and Walt’s White Lie – were creaed by Marble Brewery in Albuquerque, where AMC’s award-winning drama is filmed.
Now, a couple other local bars have announced they also were able to get their hands on the limited-release beers.
Boulders on Broadway in Tempe says it likely will tap their kegs tonight or Saturday, whenever a couple of tap handles are freed up. At the latest, the beers will be available by 1 p.m. Sunday, the bar promises.
Papago Brewing in Scottsdale also confirmed it will have the beers, but hasn’t revealed when they will be tapped.
