Brooklyn Eddie’s Subs in Gilbert closes doors just shy of 1-year anniversary

Just a few days short of its one-year anniversary, Brooklyn Eddie’s Subs has closed its doors.

The New York-style deli, located on the northwest corner of Cooper and Elliot in Gilbert, served hot and cold subs, as well as some hot entrees.

Side dishes like red potato salad, macaroni salad, and three-bean salad were made in-house.
