Salad and Go, the Valley’s first gourmet salad drive-through restaurant, begins serving breakfast today.
Breakfast menu
- Warm Berry Quinoa Bowl:Â Warm quinoa, fresh berries, bananas, all-natural peanut butter with toasted almonds and coconut ($4.99)
- Greek Yogurt Parfait: Non-fat Greek yogurt, fresh berries,strawberry marmalade and house-made granola ($3.99)
- Peanut Butter Power Wrap: All-natural peanut putter, strawberries, bananas, house-made granola with a drizzle of honey in an original or honey wheat wrap ($3.99)
- Breakfast Wrap: Roasted red potatoes, egg whites, bacon, spinach, pico de gallo, avocado and cheese in an original or honey wheat wrap ($4.99)
There’s also hot and iced coffee ground and brewed in-house using freshly roasted organic coffee beans from Bergies Coffee Roast House in Gilbert.
Breakfast will be served 6:30-10:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at Salad and Go, which is on the southwest corner of Gilbert and Guadalupe in Gilbert.
