More than 25 craft breweries will be showcased at the fourth annual Beat the Heat  Arizona Winterfest beer festival on Friday and Saturday at The Venue in Old Town Scottsdale.
The fest runs 5-9 p.m. Friday and 1-6 p.m. Saturday. General admission is $30 in advance or $35 at the door and includes 20 pours.
VIP admission is $75, which includes quick entry, food, desserts, select beers, and a special tasting glass.
Arizona breweries represented will be Four Peaks, Mudshark, Mother Road, Phoenix Ale, Prescott, and Old World.
Out-of-state breweries will include Firestone Walker, Deschutes, Odell, Lagunitas, Left Coast, Boulder, Maui, Mission, and Santa Fe.
