Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales will be the focus of this week’s Friday Beer Class at Whole Foods Chander. The informal tasting will feature 10 of the Dexter, Mich., brewery’s ales.
The highlights will be its Baudelaire IO saison, which has never been available in Arizona before. It will be one of two on tap, along with Luciernaga (“Firefly”) pale ale. Both score 99 out of 100 on RateBeer.com.
Eight others in bottles will be: La Roja sour, Bam Noire saison, Calabaza Blanca witbier, Fuego del Otono chestnut ale, Oro de Calabaza strong ale, Weizen Bam sour, Maracaibo Especial strong ale, and Madrugada Obscura stout.
Taste all 10 for just $10. The fun starts at 6 p.m.
