Huss Brewing opens at noon today in south Tempe. And just in case you didn’t read our preview earlier this week, be aware: Owner Jeff Huss won’t start brewing beer until next week.
Until those beers are ready, the brewery is featuring a lineup of “guest” craft beers in its 20-handle taproom. Two of the 20 taps are reserved for wine, and another for root beer. (The current draft list shown to the right)
Although there’s no kitchen on-site, the Traveling Monk food truck will be in the Huss parking lot from noon to 5 p.m. today.
The brewery is located just off Priest about halfway between Guadalupe and Elliot. From Priest, turn west on Mineral and immediately look for the brewery in the industrial park on your right (north side of Mineral).
