Learn wine basics at My Wine Cellar’s ‘Wine 101’ classes in September

Don’t know the difference between Cabernet and Chardonnay? Learn the basics about wine when My Wine Cellar in Ahwatukee begins another series of Wine 101 classes on Sept. 14.

The 90-minute classes, which meet at 1 p.m. Saturdays, will be taught by in-house sommelier Katie Hallan.

Wine 101 Classes

• Saturday, Sept. 14: Understanding the Wine We Love
• Saturday, Sept. 21: Around the Wine World in 90 Minutes
• Saturday, Sept. 28: Pop Culture and Social Media Within the Wine World
• Saturday, Oct. 5: Debunking Wine Myths
