Four Silos Cafe, an ice cream parlor on the southeast corner of Higley and Elliot in Gilbert, has closed after just eight months in business.
The shop offered 24 flavors of Thrifty ice cream, as well as smoothies, shakes, brownies, cupcakes, and other sweets.
