On Thursday, Sierra Nevada releases another of its Beer Camp pilot creations with an East Valley connection. Breakfast at Chico’s – brewed by J.P. Watts from World of Beer Tempe, Chris Shin from Boulders on Broadway, and Ron Amneus from the Yucca Tap Room – is a 7.5% imperial nitro milk stout brewed with almonds.
World of Beer will host its first-ever beer breakfast at 9 a.m. to unveil the beer, which will be paired with crispy chicken and waffles. Later in the day, there’ll be a Beer Camp bar crawl from Yucca (4-6 p.m.) to Boulders (6-8) to WOB (8-10). Besides Breakfast at Chico’s, each stop will have 10 other Sierra Nevada beers on tap.
