Deschutes Inversion IPA and BBQ baby back beer-glazed ribs with apple-jicama slaw (pictured) won round 3 of Nosh Arizona‘s ongoing “Bar Fight” series, beating out Bell’s Two Hearted Ale and rosemary-brushed balsamic chicken satay skewers.
In August, diners could order both dishes plus a half-pint of each beer, and rate each pairing. The winning baby back ribs have been added to Nosh Arizona’s happy hour menu for just $5.
