Devil’s Kitchen reopens

The Devil’s Kitchen, the Chandler restaurant that took a summer hiatus in August, has reopened with new hours: 5-10 p.m. daily. It also has brought back stuffed burgers on the menu. They include the Green Hornet (green chiles & jack cheese), The Pit (pepperjack & jalapenos), Voodoo (bacon, gorgonzola & Cajun spices), Wino (mushrooms & Swiss), and Rodeo (bacon & BBQ Sauce).

$1 Someburros burros

Get a burro for just $1 today at Someburros in Chandler. Choose from any of the 14 items listed under the “Burros” section of the menu; those listed under “specialties,” like popular Pollo Fundido, are full price. There’s a dine-in limit of one per person and a to-go limit of three per order. The deal only is good at the Chandler location.

Krispy Kreme in Chandler

After a two-year absence, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is returning to Chandler. Hot Glazed Enchantment Inc., which holds the franchise rights in the Phoenix market, just bought the former Washington Mutual building on the southwest corner of Alma School and Chandler Boulevard for the East Valley’s third Krispy Kreme.

Black Market Brewing kickoff

From 6-8 tonight, OHSO hosts the Arizona kickoff event for Black Market Brewing. Meet the Temecula, Calif., brewery’s head brewer, Shaun McBride, and sample four of his beers: Hefeweizen, Liberation imperial IPA, Rye IPA, and 4th Anniversary Ale.

Mambo’s closes

Mambo’s, a Queen Creek restaurant that specialized in Caribbean and Latin American food, has closed, according to its Facebook page. It had opened less than a year ago on Power, just south of Riggs.
