If you’re staying up late for the midnight release of the “Grand Theft Auto V” video game tonight, you don’t have to do it on an empty stomach. Tott’s Asian Diner at McClintock and Ray in Chandler will be staying open until 1 a.m.
From 9:30 p.m. (its normal closing time) to 1 a.m., it will be serving a combination plate with orange chicken, a spring roll, your choice of fried rice or chow mein, and a drink for just $10, including tax.
