Chef Off!, a series of friendly culinary competitions between East Valley chefs, will return Wednesday, Oct. 9. The 12th installment will pit John Wing of sN Asian Kitchen in Mesa against Larry Shore of Barrelhouse American Kitchen & Cocktails in Chandler.
This round’s theme will be Oktoberfest, and each chef will prepare three dishes to be paired with German beers at Barrelhouse.
For $60, diners will get all six dishes, the three beers, and dessert, then vote of which chef was victorious. RSVP: 480-857-8877.
