Chandler fine-dining restaurant Cork has unveiled its prix fixe menu for Arizona Restaurant Week, which starts Saturday and runs through Sept. 29.
For nine days, participating restaurant throughout the state will offer three-course dinner menus for either $30 or $40. (They also will continue to offer their regular menus during the week.)
Arizona Restaurant Week menu ($40)
- 1st course (choose one):Â Roasted butternut squash soup with mascarpone and pretzel crouton; or local lettuce salad with raw vegetables, feta, dates, and citrus vinaigrette; or open-faced ravioli with braised chicken ragout, confit tomato, and ricotta.
- 2nd course (choose one):Â Pan-roasted arctic char with spaghetti squash, charred tomatoes, and uni beurre blanc; or marinated pork loin hush puppies with honey-glazed carrots and Swiss chard; or duck-fat-poached beef tenderloin with polenta, goat cheese, green beans, and bacon vinaigrette.
- 3rd course (choose one):Â Sticky toffee pudding with browned butter ice cream and spiced caramel popcorn; or Meyer lemon posset with edible flower, finger lime caviar, and lavender shortbread; or flight of three house-made fruit sorbets infused with wine (pictured).
Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available, but advanced notice is requested.
