Chicken Omega (shown on left) and Wiener Schnitzel (right) will be two of the five featured dishes at this week’s “Taste of Romeo’s Euro Cafe†dinner at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The dinners, hosted by chef Romeo Taus and his wife, Janice, highlight a rotating selection from the Gilbert restaurant’s regular menu.

- Artichokes Vinaigrette: Lightly sauteed hearts of artichoke in creamy Dijon vinaigrette. Served with an Italian roll.
- Hellenic Salad: Gyros, feta cheese, and yogurt over crisp salad greens.
- Chicken Omega: Strips of grilled chicken, spinach, pine nuts, garlic, and feta in rich white wine cream.
- Wiener Schnitzel: Lightly breaded pan-fried pork cutlets, garlic-horseradish mashed potatoes, roasted pepper and garlic jardinière.
- Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake: Creamy cheesecake made with real raspberry puree.
