Please welcome La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen as MXSW’s newest sponsor. The family-owned restaurant and bar opened in June in the former Chuy’s Mesquite Broiler space on Warner Road, just west of Lindsay, in Gilbert.
La Ristra’s menu features the flavors of New Mexico, particularly the Hatch chile. Every August, the owners travel to New Mexico to harvest their own chiles for house specialties like carne adovada ribs or slow-cooked pork shank.
The bar boasts more than 100 different tequilas, and customers can join La Ristra’s Agave Club for discounts, invitations to special events, and more.
