Recently reopened House of Brews is going where its predecessors didn’t: Craft beer events. And the first is a Four Peaks beer-pairing dinner at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Four Peaks beer dinner
- 1st course: Sampler plate of fennel pesto mozzarella, smoked gouda, Rogue River blue cheese, smoky queso blanco, pear & pumpkin brule, crostinis, deviled egg, and cranberry coulis (paired with Four Peaks Oktoberfest)
- 2nd course:Â Beer-braised brisket with apple cider reduction and quince jam, green bean casserole, and chickorie salad (Kilt Lifter)
- 3rd course: Roasted butternut squash with turkey risotto, Swiss chard, and velouté sauce. (Raj IPA)
- 4th course: Macintosh apple and rutabaga crumble with nitrogen pumpkin and walnut ice cream and porter reduction (Pumpkin Porter)
