Chandler fine-dining restaurant Cork will host its first blind pairing dinner, an intimate evening of decadent cuisine and adventurous wines, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7.
Five courses of seasonal dishes from chef Brian Peterson will be paired with some of Cork’s finest bottles of wine poured from unlabeled decanters.
Seating is very limited, allowing for friendly discussion of the wines and dishes with Cork’s in-house sommelier.
