Arizona Wilderness Brewing in Gilbert taps its much-anticipated new beer – Picacho Pecan Pie Brown Ale – at 11 a.m. today.
“We literally threw whole pecan pies in the beer while making it,” brewermaster Jonathan Buford told the AZ Republic.
AZWBC then added brown sugar, organic maple syrup, vanilla beans, and roasted Arizona pecans.
The beer is expected to have an ABV of 6.6%.
Growler fills will be allowed, but there will be a limit of one growler per person.
