Learn how to cook for a holiday dinner party at historic Hackett House’s fall cooking classes

Dinner parties are the focus of this fall’s cooking classes at Hackett House, the 125-year-old brick building in downtown Tempe.

The first class took place last month, but there are four remaning:

Dinner Party Cooking Classes

  • Tuesday, Nov. 12: Frank Belosic, chef at The Phoenician
  • Monday, Nov. 18: Alice Goitia, tamales expert
  • Monday, Dec. 2: Hanna Gabrielsson, owner of Beaver Choice
  • Tuesday, Dec. 10: Kathy and Gale Andrews

Doors open at 6 p.m. for browsing in the gift shop while enjoying a glass of wine from the complimentary wine bar.  The chef and the menu du jour is introduced at 6:30 p.m. Evening festivities usually end at 9 p.m.
