Reminder: Cooks & Corks makes its debut as stand-alone event Friday at Four Seasons Scottsdale

Four Seasons Scottsdale chef Mel Mecinas will host a multi-course tasting menu with help from other prominent Valley chefs from 6:30-10 p.m. Friday as Cooks & Corks becomes a stand-alone event.

The annual event, which also offers fine spirits, wines, and craft beers, previously was part of the week-long Scottsdale Culinary Festival in April. It now will be held on the lawn at the Four Seasons at Troon North.

Those lending a hand to Mecinas will include Frank Belosic and Lee Hillson (The Phoenician), Michael O’Dowd (Renegade by MOD), Matt Carter (Zinc Bistro, The Mission), Matt Taylor (Market Street Kitchen), and Beau MacMillan (Sanctuary Resort).

Tickets are $95, and attendance will be limited to 250-300 people.
