Monday is Veterans Day, and East Valley restaurants will be saying thanks to our troops with free food. (All deals apply active duty and retired military personnel and require proof of military service unless noted.)
The Hungry Monk in Chandler will be offering a free meal from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Â Monday. There also will be a group toast at 7 p.m.
BJ’s Brewhouse will be giving away a free lunch entree or free individual one-topping pizza on Monday or Tuesday.
Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que will be serving free “Two Meat Salute” dinners from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. at the Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa locations.
Applebee’s is offering a free entree from a special seven-item menu.
Golden Corral will be serving free meals from 4-9 p.m. at all locations. No ID required.
California Pizza Kitchen is offering a free meal and non-alcoholic beverage.
Denny’s is serving free all-you-can-eat pancakes from 6 a.m.-2 p.m.
Chili’s is offering any lunch combo or a special seven-item dinner menu for free.
Chompies will be giving a 50% discount at Tempe or Chandler locations.
Hooters will be offering free meals (up to $10.99) with any drink purchase.
Culver’s will be dishing up free one-scoop sundaes all day at its Chandler location.
