Learn the basics of making cocktails when the Top of the Rock restaurant at the The Buttes resort in Tempe offers a cocktail class at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
Participants will get the recipes for three cocktails, a tasting, a question-and-answer session, and a free happy hour drink or appetizer coupon.
