The south Chandler fine-dining restaurant is offering a special four-course menu for $65 per person.
Cork’s Thanksgiving Menu
- 1st course:Â Creamy cauliflower soup with a green bean casserole grilled cheese
- 2nd course:Â Roasted squash salad with quinoa, spinach, carrot, almonds, St. Andre Brie, and red wine vinaigrette
- 3rd course: Choice of sage-brined turkey with whipped potatoes, stuffing, carrots, green beans, cranberry sauce, and giblet gravy; or herb-crusted prime casino roast with pumpkin croquettes, bacon-roasted brussels sprouts, and cabernet.
- 4th course: Choice of pumpkin cream pie with gingersnap crust and toasted meringue; or a poached apple with gingerbread, spiced creme anglaise, and ginger streusel.
