Ever wanted to learn about bitters, those mysterious ingredients used to flavor your favorite cocktails?
Bill and Lill Buitenhuys (pictured on right) of AZ Bitters Lab, the state’s first research and production lab for handcrafted bitters, will discuss and demonstrate their various bitters from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at Wedge & Bottle in Ahwatukee.
The couple currently sell three different flavored extracts: Más Mole, Figgy Pudding, and Orange Sunshine.
