A rare rain-filled weekend in the Valley is prompting some restaurants to offer special deals to get dinera out of their comfy, dry houses.
AZ Food Crafters in Chandler is offering $2 off a three-pack of savory or sweet hand pies. Instead of $10, get a three-pack for $8, but the in-store deal is good Friday and Saturday only.
And remember, AZ Food Crafters is selling traditional 9-inch pumpkin ($9) and pecan pies ($12) for Thanksgiving. It also has boxes of a bakers dozen assorted mini pies for $12.
Umami in Tempe has announced a two-for-one ramen deal this weekend. Just mention “Raindy Day Ramen” at lunch or dinner Friday through Sunday.
