“Taste of Hanukkah” will be Cork‘s final Sunday tasting dinner of the year. From 5-9 p.m. Sunday, enjoy a four-course dinner for $35 per person.
The dinner starts with duck and escarole soup with matzo popovers, followed by a marinated beet salad with pickled cherries, crispy shallots, mizuna, and red wine vinaigrette.
There will be three entree options: Braised beef brisket with barley stew, root vegetables, and pickled red cabbage; wild salmon with potato and celery root rosti; or herb-roasted chicken with kugel and Brussels sprouts.
Pastries like raspberry jelly doughnuts, rugelach, and apricot gelt conclude the feast.
There’s also a optional latke duet starter ($10). You can add three wine pairings for $15.
