OHSO Brewery will host a fundraiser Sunday for Dubina Brewing, which is trying to raise $20,000 to open a European-style brew pub in north Phoenix.
Brewer Jared Dubina says his grandfather, who came from the Czech Republic, owned five Chicago bars and brewed the beer for them.
Jared wants to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps by specializing in traditional Czech pilsners. (Check out his video above.)
From 5-9 p.m. Sunday, mention Dubina Brewing and OHSO will donate 20 percent of your tab to Dubina’s Kickstarter.
