A while back, we told you about Salad and Go – the Valley’s first “drive-through salad bar” – beginning construction on a second Gilbert location.
The concept, the brainchild of Gilbert resident Roushan Cristofellis and her husband, debuted in February on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Guadalupe.
The second one (pictured) currently is being built on the southwest corner of Cooper and Warner. It likely will open in March.
Today, Cristofellis announced yet another Salad and Go – this one on the southeast corner of Higley and Williams Field in Gilbert. It’s projected to open in late May.
