House of Brews in Gilbert is hosting a five-course Oskar Blues beer dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Oskar Blues beer dinner pairings
- 1st course: Roasted duck spring roll, wasabi cream, Thai peanut (Mama’s Little Yella Pils)
- 2nd course: Andouille sausage, Dauphinoise potatoes, fried okra (Dale’s Pale Ale)
- 3rd course: Chimichuri lamb kabob, radicchio salad (G’Knight)
- 4th course:Â Blackened salmon, herbed polenta, reduction glaze (Old Chub)
- 5th course: Espresso crème brûlée (Ten Fidy)
