Cork hosts its second blind pairing dinner – five courses of seasonal dishes from chef Brian Peterson, each paired with a wine poured from an unlabeled decanter – at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22.
Seating is very limited. The Chandler fine-dining restaurant’s first blind pairing dinner in November sold out quickly.
