Learn how to make amaretto mascarpone cheesecake Saturday at Zappone’s in Gilbert

Ravioli and amaretto mascarpone cheesecake are the focus of this month’s cooking class at Zappone’s Italian Bistro in Gilbert.

From 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, chef-owner Sal Zappone will teach you how to make both items.
