My Wine Cellar in Ahwatukee will host a Thursday, Jan. 30, dinner featuring special dishes by chef Sarah Baer paired with beers from Colorado’s Odell Brewing.
Odell beer dinner menu
- Reception:Â 90 Shilling amber ale
- Appetizer: Butternut squash and carrot soup with olive oil and herbed biscuit croutons (with 5 Barrel pale ale)
- Entree: Ossobuco with mushroom risotto and Brussels sprouts (with IPA)
- Dessert: Traditional sticky toffee pudding and butter pecan ice cream (with Cutthroat Porter)
Odell rep Billy Clayton will be on hand to discuss the beers.
