Tempe juice bar The Well celebrates grand opening Thursday

The Well, a juice bar in the Sun Devil Fitness Complex on the ASU campus, will celebrate its grand opening with free samples from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday.

The juice bar, owned by ASU alumna Laura Pich, has a walk-up window on Apache Boulevard to serve students and non-students alike.

The Well will feature cold-pressed juice blends, such as the Maroon Monsoon (fresh beets, carrots, apple, lemon and celery, and protein smoothies, such as the Cocomango (organic coconut, mango, pineapple, banana and low-fat milk).

Food items include the Chicken Chop salad (romaine, pulled chicken, egg slices, grape tomatoes and feta with creamy avocado dressing) and the Turkeywich (pulled turkey, greens, tomato jam, onion and tarragon aioli on 9-grain bread).

Thursday’s festivities will include a raffle to be one of 20 winners of a year of free juice.
