BLD in Chandler will host an Oskar Blues beer-pairing dinner at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8. Chef Ehren Litzenberger has incorporated three of the Colorado ales into the four courses.
Oskar Blues beer dinner menu:
- 1st course: Doughnut hole, Deviant Dale’s crispy pork, bourbon glaze (paired with Deviant Dale’s IPA)
- 2nd course: Two Old Chub braised brisket sliders with Old Chub whole grain mustard, marinated onions, and mushrooms (paired with Old Chub Scottish Ale)
- 3rd course: Dale’s Pale Ale short rib with bacon and cheddar risotto cake, crispy onions, and BLD sauce (paired with Dale’s Pale Ale)
- 4th course: Ten Fidy pecan bars with Ten Fidy stout ice cream and caramel sauce
