Confirming rumors that have ben swirling for months, Denver-based Snooze, an A.M. Eatery announced it will open in downtown Gilbert late this year.
The breakfast restaurant chain will construct a stand-alone building on Gilbert Road in the parking lot between Joyride Taco House and Oregano’s Pizza Bistro.
Snooze made its Arizona debut at the Town and Country shopping center in Phoenix in November. The Gilbert location will be its second, with plans for five more in the Valley.
Its menu offers nine kinds of pancakes (including a Pancake of the Day), six types of eggs Benedict, and other creative dishes like breakfast tacos, a breakfast pot pie, and a Green Eggs and Hamwich.
