Kudos to Arizona Wilderness Brewing, which was named the “Top New Brewers In The World” today by RateBeer.com. The rankings are based on beer ratings and social media reaction.
Launched in 2000, RateBeer.com claims to be the most widely visited craft beer website in the world. It has hundreds of thousands of members from more than 100 countries.
In a slideshow titled “Top New Brewers In The World,” it ranks the Gilbert brewery as No. 1 out of the more than 2,600 breweries that received their first ratings on or after January 1, 2013.
Rounding out the top 10:Â Siren (England), Bevog (Austria), J.W. Sweetman (Ireland), Weird Beard (England), Trillium (Boston), Rhinegeist (Cincinnati), Trappistenbrouwerij De Kievit (Netherlands), Modern Times (San Diego), and Pressure Drop (England).
