Tonic Tavern & Kitchen, an ambitious attempt to bring a trendy Old Town Scottsdale nightlife vibe to Chandler Fashion Center, has closed its doors after four years.
Located across from the mall on the northwest corner of the 101 and Chandler Boulevard, Tonic strived to be an unusual hybrid – part family-friendly restaurant, part upscale lounge.
Open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., the small space featured an indoor/outdoor bar, live music, and a menu of sandwiches and pizzas.
