With its new Phoenix location bogged down in construction delays, Baby Kay’s Cajun Kitchen instead will make its much-anticipated return this month in Mesa.
A Valley favorite for decades with locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Baby Kay’s currently has no restaurants operating in the Valley.
That’ll change in a couple weeks when Baby Kay’s returns in the former Cajun Seafood Corner strip-mall space (pictured) on the southeast corner of Dobson and Baseline in Mesa.
Baby Kay’s had hoped to open in the former Richardson’s space at 16th Street and Bethany Home in Phoenix by late 2013, but that construction remains behind schedule.
