Arizona Beer Week (Feb. 15-22) offers hundreds of beer-related events, but here’s one that’s moved to the top of my list:
On Thursday, Feb. 20, Four Peaks Brewing will offer Girl Scout cookies and beer pairings from 5-7 p.m. at its Tempe tasting room on Wilson.
Girl Scout cookies and beer pairings:
- Samoas (caramel and toasted coconut cookies) and Sirius Black
- Savannah Smiles (powdered sugar covered lemon cookies) and Double Knot
- Trefoils (shortbread cookies) and Peach Ale
For $15, you’ll get two cookies and a 6-ounce pour for each pairing – and an Arizona Beer Week souvenir glass to take home.
