Fresh off its soft-opening weekend, The Perch Pub & Brewery in downtown Chandler is continuing limited hours until this weekend.
Today through Thursday, The Perch will be open from 2 p.m. to midnight. Starting Friday, though, the venue will be open from 11 a.m. until “late,” according to general manager James Swann.
The kitchen will continue to offer a limited menu, but will begin adding more items Tuesday. Look for a green chile torta and a hummus-laden veggie sandwich to debut, as well as fries and tots with various toppings options, including poutine (gravy).
