The second spinoff of Bisbee Breakfast Club opened this morning on the southeast corner of Dobson and Guadalupe in Mesa. It takes over the former Inka Fest building next to Cornish Pasty Company.
The original was launched in its namesake southern Arizona mining-town-turned-tourist-attraction in 2001. The first spinoff opened in Tucson in 2011.
Open from 6 a.m. to 2:05 p.m. every day, Bisbee Breakfast Company is known for its large portions.
The breakfast menu includes such temptations as D’s Potato Cakes ($8.29), Baked Oatmeal ($6.29), and a Copper Queen Skillet ($8.29), the last named for Bisbee’s historic hotel. See the full breakfast menu here.
At lunch, attention shifts to the Huckburger toped with ham, Swiss, and BBQ sauce ($8.69), the Erie Street Club ($8.69), and the Taos Chicken Wrap ($7.69). See the rest of the lunch menu here.
