Who better to feature with a mini tap takeover on Mardi Gras than Lousiana’s Abita Brewing? Flanny’s in Tempe will have five Abita beers on tap from 6-8 p.m. tonight.
Leading the way will be Abita’s seasonal Mardi Gras Bock, its homage to the traditional German maibocks of spring.
Others will be Purple Haze, Jockamo IPA, Macchiato Espresso Milk Stout, and barrel-aged Bourbon Street Imperial Stout.
And, yes, they’ll be passing out beads tonight.
