Four Peaks to debut Single Tank series with white IPA next week

Last month, MXSW broke the news Four Peaks was working on a white IPA. Now comes word the beer will be released Tuesday, March 18, in the debut of the Tempe brewery’s Single Tank series.

Last year’s opening of its new production facility on Wilson Street has lightened the brewing load at Four Peak’s Eighth Street location. The brewery will use the occasional available fermenter to brew a series of one-time beers.

The series will be irregular: There may be two releases in one month, or no releases for two months, depending on tank availability.

Next in the Single Tank series, as we also reported last month, likely will be a saison.
