Savory pies include El Cubano (roast pork, ham, mustard, and Swiss); The Hot Brown (roast turkey, bacon, tomato, and Mornay sauce); chicken pot pie, Italian sausage and peppers; green chile pork; and spinach and cheese.
Dessert pies are strawberry lemon creme and classic apple.
