Since his high-profile departure from The Perch Pub & Brewery two weeks ago, James Swann has kept a low profile. That ends Wednesday when the well-known Valley craft beer authority has a guest-bartending stint at Cabellero Grill in Goodyear.
Starting at 5 p.m., he’ll be pouring Bell’s Hopslam double IPA and Firestone Walker’s Velvet Merkin oatmeal stout, among other beers.
