Washington’s Hedges Family Estate will be featured in April’s wine dinner at Zappone’s Italian Bistro in Gilbert.
April 9 Hedges Wine Dinner
- 1st course: Spring pea risotto with roasted carrots (paired with Hedges chardonnay)
- 2nd course: Roasted pork chops in a port-cherry sauce (paired with Hedges merlot)
- 3rd course Profiteroles (paired with Hedges red blend)
