Boulders on Broadway to explore Cismontane single-malt ales tonight

At 6 p.m. tonight, Boulders on Broadway will hold a beer class focused on Cismontane‘s unique Single Malt Series, which the Southern California brewery launched in October.

The beers in the series all feature the exact same ingredients and brewing method – with the exception of the malt, which differs from beer to beer. Read more on the brewery’s blog.

A number of breweries have had success recently with single-hop series, but Cismontane is the first to explore malts.
