It’s Cork‘s sixth anniversary, and the Chandler fine-dining restaurant is celebrating with a one-night-only “throwback” menu tonight.
Chef Brian Peterson and pastry chef Danielle Morris are bringing back some of Cork’s most popular menu items – available as a five-course tasting menu for $60 per person or a la carte (prices below).
March 27 6th Anniversary Dinner Menu:
- 1st course: Cork’s Mac & Cheese with BBQ pork belly, smoked bacon, wild mushrooms, and four-year-aged Widmer’s cheddar ($18)
- 2nd course: Basil-crusted ostrich with panzanella salad, local olive oil, and saba ($26)
- 3rd course: Heirloom tomato with buffalo mozzarella, basil nage, watercress, and 25-year-old balsamic vinegar ($15)
- 4th course (option 1): Pan-roasted barramundi with spaghetti squash, roasted tomato, and uni buerre blanc ($29)
- 4th course (option 2): Red-wine-braised short rib with roasted heirloom potato, white asparagus, prosciutto, and sunny egg ($31)
- 5th course: Chocolate Chile Pot de Crème with chocolate custard, chile infusion, chipotle cream, and cinnamon churro ($10)
Cork, which is open from 5-10 p.m. tonight, also is offering $6 glasses of Stars by Castillo Perelada Cava all week.
